We are passionate about empowering people and the community
Our extensive training means Ascend is able to give health professionals a high level of autonomy, trusting them to decide how best to care for our members. With the assistance of our custom built cloud technology, we've eliminated many of the manual administrative tasks that prevent information flowing between your support workers and your therapist.
Our Key Role Therapist coordinates a team of local support workers to ensure we deliver high-quality support to our members. Their role includes training new support workers, communicating with the members in their areas, providing weekly training, and sharing information between providers.
Core to Ascend’s unparalleled standards of service is a commitment to employ only university students dedicated to studying health therapies as disability support workers/carers. Our experienced Team Leader supports these dedicated young students to bring a higher standard of care for people with disabilities.
