New Graduate Workload

In your role, you'll dedicate 70% of your time to community-based therapy and assessments, working with a diverse range of individuals—from paediatric clients to older adults—with opportunities for specialisation available.

The remaining 30% will focus on leadership tasks. This includes guiding support workers, facilitating team communication, enhancing your managerial skills as a Key Role Therapist, and helping to ensure our NDIS participants are getting great support services.
